The company has an efficient, innovative, stable and experienced quality management team, creating its own "quality prevention management system":
1. Apply CP, FMEA, SPC, CPK, QC and other seven prevention and control tools and statistical analysis methods to monitor the entire process of product manufacturing.
2. Form an "8D improvement team" to solve major product defects and quality problems in the production process in a timely, accurate and effective manner.
3. Implement "Quality Management of All Employees" and establish a rigorous "three inspections" (first inspection, self-inspection, mutual inspection) system and "process customer supply relationship" system.
